Status: offline 		Well, I'm mathematically eliminated from this one so I won't stand in the way of the stampede for Jimmie Johnson for this week. 

For the Sprint Cup race's sake I would like to see another lousy finish for the #48 so that more than 1 guy has a chance to win in Homestead.  I used to absolutely love NASCAR but this has been the most boring NASCAR season in a LONG time.  If the sport doesn't make some changes to give the smaller teams some kind of chance I'll bet next year they don't have 43 cars for every race.  They're starting to lose die-hard fans.  A guy I work with had been a fan for even longer than I have an doesn't even watch the races anymore.  If it keeps going like this I think I'll stop following too except for the races in Daytona, Bristol, and New Hampshire.
